How VIRA processes personal data, how cookies are used and what your rights are.

What we process
In the dealer application form: company name, contact person, job title, country, city, phone, email, website and details of your business. In quotation forms: company, country or city, email or phone, product, quantity and your note. If you allow it, statistical data on how the site is used.
Why we process it, and the legal basis
We process your data to evaluate your application, answer your quotation request and contact you. This relies on steps towards a contract and our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and f). For visitors in the EU and EEA the equivalent bases are GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f). Analytics cookies are used only with your explicit consent.
Cookies and data kept in your browser
Your language, your cookie choice and the form details you enter are kept in your browser. Google Analytics cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie bar; you can change this at any time through “Cookie preferences” at the foot of the page. The Google tag file loads with the page; without your consent it stores no cookies and sends no measurement data.
Who receives your data
Form details are stored on the site server and reach our company by email. Our hosting and email provider (Hostinger) and, if you allow it, Google Analytics may process data as service providers; their servers may be located abroad. Transfers abroad are made in line with KVKK Art. 9.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as the purpose and our legal retention duties require, and then delete it.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, have it corrected or erased, object to processing and claim compensation for damage. Visitors in the EU and EEA also have their rights under the GDPR, including complaint to a supervisory authority. Send requests to info@viravinc.com.
